We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things. 1st shift hours: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to production schedules, quality standards, and project specifications. Review blueprints, schematics, and other documentation to determine correct machine setup. Inspect in-process and completed materials for accuracy and compliance using calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, and scales. Troubleshoot machine malfunctions by editing specifications and performing maintenance, including addressing control panel errors and coordinating with technicians on complex issues. Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and a clean, safe workspace. Monitor and document equipment performance and maintenance needs; verify equipment data for reporting purposes. Assist with the installation of operating equipment as required. Strive to meet organizational goals for cycle time, quantity, and quality to enhance machining excellence. Apply knowledge of CNC programming and utilize machine instructions and project guidelines to ensure correct calculations and parameters. Experience & Education Accreditation from a technical school or skilled trades program and 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience.
Preferred Education:
Certificate level or above in the following: o Electrical Technology (ELT) o Industrial Electronics (ILT) o Robotics Technology o Industrial Maintenance (INT) o Manufacturing Technology (AUT) o Advanced Manufacturing (ADM) o Advanced Automotive Technology - Electrical Focus o Engineering technology o Or other related technology
Preferred Experience:
o Experience working in a manufacturing environment. o Experience with robotic systems. o Experience with PLC systems. o Experience with mechanical systems repair. o Experience with Fabrication Equipment (Lasers, Shears, Press Brakes, Punches, Panel Benders) Competencies Written communication skills Solid to comprehensive knowledge of machinery and production processes. Ability to gather and document information Mechanical and technical expertise Strong safety awareness Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines Ability to understand and follow directions Effective multi-tasking and prioritization Manual dexterity and physical capability to lift and move heavy objects Problem-solving skills Teamwork ability Compensation & Benefits Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. Lift up to 50 pounds frequently during an 8-hour work shift. Bend, stoop, push, and pull in a busy work environment for up to an 8-hour work shift. Climb a ladder and/ or scaffolding frequently during an 8-hour work shift. Stand for up to an 8-hour work shift. Grip, manipulate, and hold small parts with fingers.
