What You'll Do Every Day:

Train in and perform structural assembly operations within a production department Use basic mechanical hand tools like pneumatic drills, rivet guns, and reamers Learn to read blueprints, work orders, and specification sheets to understand build requirements Assist with part fitting, alignment, drilling, and riveting using holding fixtures and clamps Support quality standards by ensuring all parts and work meet specifications Observe, assist, and gradually work with less supervision as skills grow Maintain clean, safe workspaces and follow all safety procedures What You Bring to the

Required:

High School Diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Basic computer and keyboarding skills Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Willingness to work any shift and follow instructions precisely Strong attention to detail and professional attitude

Preferred:

Pay Details:
