Powder Coater- Temp-to-hire Company:
Metal Fabrication Location:
Clackamas, OR Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pmPay:
$20-23/hr. +DOE General Position Summary:
This family-owned business is expanding their team in the powder coating department and is looking for someone who will be responsible for all stages of the powder coating process. Be a part of this company if this sounds like the right fit for you!Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Preparing sheet metal products for coating by hanging on conveyor belt.
- Powder coating products according to work orders.
- Accurately following step by step instructions and reading blueprints.
- Inspecting products for any faults in the coating process.
- Packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
- Using a forklift to move products to and from the warehouse as needed.
- Keeping work area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Previous powder coating experience preferred.
- Experience with blueprint reading.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently.
- Leather work boots/shoes required - steel toe boots are recommended.
