Solida Labs, Inc. is a vertically integrated supply chain company specializing in CBD refinement and co-packing operations. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products from start to finish, ensuring that our customers receive only the best. Our co-packing division is a key part of this process, and we are seeking experienced Packaging Operators to join our dedicated team.
Job Overview:
As a Packaging Operator at Solida Labs, Inc., you will be an integral part of our co-packing division, responsible for the efficient and accurate packaging of our products. You will work closely with other team members to meet production goals while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet Solida Labs' specifications. Assemble, pack, and label products with precision and attention to detail. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any major problems to the maintenance team. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environment. Familiarity with packaging machinery and equipment. Knowledge of safety protocols in a production setting. Experience in the CBD or related industries is a plus.
Benefits:
Starting wage: $18/hr Weekly Pay Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) after 60 days after hired Opportunities for growth within the company
