Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals with a background in production or manufacturing to join our team as a Production Team Member. This role involves precision assembly work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, consistency, and physical stamina are key.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform hands-on assembly following instructions and/or work orders.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting daily production targets.
  • Identify and report issues or inconsistencies during the build process.
  • Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in production, assembly, or light manufacturing (1+ year preferred).
  • Comfortable using tools and working with your hands.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Follow directions, diagrams, or visual instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Physical Requirements:
  • This is a highly physical position. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move for an entire 8-10 hour shift.
  • Constant use of hands and arms for repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • May require kneeling, reaching overhead, or working in tight positions.
  • Manual dexterity and good visual focus are essential.
