We're looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator who can set up, operate and troubleshoot commercial embroidery machines while also performing routine machine maintenance. What You'll Do Coordinate daily workflow based on production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders. Assist in setting up and operating multi-head and single-head embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, ZSK). Load, check, and troubleshoot digitized DST files to ensure correct color sequencing, accurate design placement and stitch registration. Monitor usage levels of thread, bobbins, backing/stabilizer and needles and request inventory replenishments. What You Bring Embroidery machine experience with major commercial machine brands - Tajima and ZSK preferred. Experience with proper hooping techniques, thread tension adjustment, and basic embroidery machine operations and maintenance. Detail oriented Computer literacy with ability to use a tablet and computer. Ability to read/write in English and math skills at a basic level required. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus but not required. High School Diploma or equivalent school/work experience. Compensation:
$17.50 - $22.00 per hour
