This role involves assembling, testing, inspecting, and supporting the manufacturing of life-saving medical products in a clean and quality-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations following established procedures. Work with small components and medical device assemblies. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards. Utilize electronic systems for data collection and production tracking. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Ensure all work meets quality and production requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, electronics assembly, medical device, or clean room experience preferred. Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs. Comfortable handling small parts and performing repetitive tasks. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Background Medical device manufacturing Electronics assembly Production operator Clean room manufacturing Quality inspection Lean manufacturing environments Additional Requirements Must follow strict manufacturing dress code and cleanliness standards. Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods. Must be dependable and maintain excellent attendance.
