About the Role As a Production Support Crew Member, you'll be the behindthescenes hero who keeps our molding, leaching, and assembly areas stocked, organized, and running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying active, learning new skills, and jumping into different tasks throughout the day. No two days look the same - and that's what makes it fun. What You'll Do Stage components for assembly and molding
Operate and maintain leach tanks
Wash and prep wax patterns
Stock materials and supplies for molding and assembly teams
Stage and dip assembly frames
Keep the department clean, organized, and running efficiently
Receive, inventory, and order materials
Copy and stock forms used in molding and assembly
Maintain dip seal tanks
Assist with light assembly and molding tasks
Enter basic data into the system
Maintain tools and equipment
Write simple assembly instructions when needed
Properly manage spent aerosol cans (training provided)
Support other tasks as needed to keep production flowing What You'll Bring to the Team Safe, conscientious work habits
Ability to learn new skills and jump between tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good communication and teamwork skills
Comfort working with minimal supervision
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Willingness to learn basic computer skills
Ability to complete Forklift Safety Certification Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent
