$26.00 per hour Available Shifts 1st Shift:
6:00 AM•2:00 PM 2nd Shift:
2:00 PM•10:00 PM 3rd Shift:
10:00 PM•6:00 AM What You'll Do Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC, EDM, and/or ECM machines to perform precision machining, fast hole drilling, and graphite shaping on metal castings, forgings, and bar stock. Read blueprints and set-up instructions to determine machining requirements, methods, and specifications. Manage tool lengths and changes, maintain detailed measurements, and perform program measuring adjustments. Install workpieces and tooling using hand tools and/or material handling equipment. Select and install proper tooling, and manage automatic tool changers as needed. Compare machine panel data with process sheets to verify adjustments and accuracy. Inspect first-run pieces and maintain measurement records using micrometers and gauges. Ensure all product dimensions meet required specifications. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience with CNC, EDM, ECM
machines or comparable production/tooling experience. Proficiency reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot advanced machining equipment. Willingness and ability to work overtime or weekends as required. Physical ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must comply with U.S. Government export restrictions (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals only; proof required prior to employment). Desired Characteristics Positive, team-oriented approach with strong work ethic. Experience with computerized shop floor tools. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment. Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
