mfg technician 4 - third shift Allentown, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22600132 Summary Allentown, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 2 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description As an Assembly/Test Technician on our dynamic first shift team (7 AM - 3:30 PM) at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing advanced opto--electronic products that power global networks. You'll collaborate closely with management, engineers, and fellow technicians in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment where adaptability is key. Your attention to detail and fine motor skills will directly contribute to improving manufacturing yields and throughput.   • Assemble and test complex opto-electronic products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize fine motor skills to perform intricate assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You have:
  • Detail-oriented approach and strong fine motor skills
  • Able to follow and comprehend instructions of varying complexity
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience It would be nice if you also had:
  • Experience in Opto- Electronic manufacturing operations
  • Proficiency with MS Windows operating system and MS Office software
