$22.75 + $2.10 Shift Differential Schedule 12-Hour Rotating Day Shifts:

Join our team as an ECO Solo Operator and take control of state-of-the-art folder/gluer machinery in our paperboard packaging operation. What You'll Do As our ECO Solo Operator, you'll be the master of your machine. You'll operate sophisticated folder/gluer equipment, ensuring top-quality paperboard packaging production while maintaining our high standards for safety and efficiency. This isn't just running a machine - you're solving problems, optimizing performance, and playing a key role in our production success.Main responsibilities include:
- Operating and setting up folder/gluer machinery with precision
- Ensuring product quality and meeting production targets
- Conducting preventative maintenance and housekeeping
- Reading work orders and following detailed specifications
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with support teams
- Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and machine performance
What We're Looking For Experience That Matters:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years machine operation experience
- Folder/gluer experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Skills We Value:
- Ability to read measurements and use hand tools
- Basic math skills and computer literacy
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover shifts when needed

Physical Requirements:
