Hours:
12-hour shifts (rotating team schedules) Day Shift (A & B Teams): 6:30 AM
  • 6:45 PM Night Shift (C & D Teams): 6:30 PM

AM Location:
Clinton, PA 15026 Overview Support the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment by operating production equipment, packaging finished goods, and maintaining compliance with GMP and quality standards. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production operations. Job Description Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor production processes Load automatic hoppers and maintain material flow to prevent downtime Assemble components and subassemblies per work instructions Package finished products and complete required documentation Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality Troubleshoot basic equipment issues using HMI systems and escalate when needed Maintain accurate batch records and production logs in compliance with GDP Follow all cleanroom gowning and contamination control procedures Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to meet output goals Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean practices) Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to follow GMP, GDP, and cleanroom protocols Basic understanding of HMI systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Perform repetitive tasks throughout shift Lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed Wear full cleanroom PPE (gown, mask, gloves) for extended durations Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
