About the Role As a Lead Installation Technician , you'll lead a 2-person crew installing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, boilers, and water heaters while delivering high-quality work and a great customer experience. Up to $54/hour + bonuses Company truck for lead technicians Performance-based bonus opportunities Ongoing training and leadership development Supportive management team Stable, year-round work in a growing company What You'll Be Doing Install gas furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, boilers, hydronics, and water heaters Lead and mentor install crew members on job sites Deliver clean, high-quality HVAC installations with strong attention to detail Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers Use ServiceTitan and iPads for job tracking and documentation Take installation photos and maintain quality standards Work closely with management to ensure smooth, organized installs What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience leading or mentoring other technicians Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Comfortable working with gas, oil, heat pumps, and AC systems Strong customer communication and professionalism Quick learner who takes pride in doing quality work Exceptional mechanically inclined candidates from related trades may also be considered.
