Laser Operator

Laser Operator Job Description:

Set up laser based on purchase orders and cute files Process cut files on Tube Laser Communicate with team regarding schedule and various order details Work closely with laser programmer to provide any feedback and necessary modifications Perform daily machine maintenance Utilize various programs to access files needed to cut parts and work with team members Operate and troubleshoot tube laser Interpret and carry out work orders, blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions Perform quality checks on parts using calipers Load infeed tables with proper material Operate forklift for moving material Must be able to maintain a clean work station Must have a strong attention to detail Must have strong time management skills Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time Willingness to learn
