Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties Machine Operation:
Set up and operate automatic press brakes and robotic systems to form metal components.Produce Metal Parts Blueprint Reading:
Interpret detailed blueprints, Read Job Orders specifications, and process sheets to determine correct dies and required dimensions.Precision Adjustment:
Set, tighten, and adjust clamps, hold-down bolts, and shims to achieve required tolerances and dimensional accuracy.Machine Maintenance:
Perform minor maintenance and routine preventive tasks on the equipment to ensure smooth operation.Material Handling:
Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often using forklifts or hand trucks.Production Monitoring:
Monitor machinery (press brakes/robotics) for proper function and efficiency.Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards.Material Handling:
Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often requiring lifting to 50 lbs.Maintenance:
Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and minor troubleshooting on equipment.Documentation:
Complete necessary paperwork, including quality check sheetsRequirements and Qualifications Physical Ability:
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and stand for an entire Ten -hour shift.Monday Through Friday Technical Skill:
Experience with press brakes, robots, or similar machinery is highly valued.Skills:
Strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, Math and understanding of manufacturing processes. Attention toDetail:
High level of focus on safety, quality, and precision.Teamwork:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with aTeam Safety Orientation:
