Career Opportunity:
The experienced Corrugated Machine Operator will set up and operate machines in a manner that maximizes production while maintaining quality, safety, and a positive work environment.Credentials and/or skills and abilities:
- Corrugated manufacturing experience (3-5 years minimum)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience setting up and running machines
- Experience ensuring the quality of a product
- Ability to adjust mechanical conditions to maximize production
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to add/subtract fractions
- Willing to learn how to train others
- Critical thinking and creativity
- Takes initiative
- Problem solves
- Willingness to work overtime
General Responsibilities:
- Set up and run machines
- Ensure product quality
- Adjust mechanical conditions to maximize production
- Direct team to maximize production
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Operate as a team player - working and communicating well with others while promoting teamwork
- Learn how to train others
- Check product quality
- Follow standard work instructions and SOPs
- Produce quality products to meet production requirements
- Follow safety instructions
- Keep area organized and clean
- Promote continuous improvement ideas
- Report mechanical issues to supervisor
- Report quality issues to supervisor
- Abide by company rules, policies, and procedures

Physical Requirements:
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Stand on feet for 10 hours
- At times may need to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
