Machine Operator:
Ability to set-up, re-tool, and operate a complex extruder machine. Thorough knowledge of basic shop mathematics. Ability to interpret simple blueprints/drawings. Ability to use a variety of tools and precision measuring instruments. Pass drug screen and background. Have integrity and do the right thing. Curious

Machine Operator:
Direct hire position, no temp time. Medical, dental, vision insurance available. Company paid life insurance. Machine Operator:
Sets up extruder machine, strings the extruder, checks the proper tip die and print wheel, picks out tickets, operates accumulator, changes extruder screws, loads payoff reels. Sets and adjusts center on wire. Shovels compound to ensure continuous flow into extruder. Sets up and monitors ink printer. Maintains machine to include cleaning and quality checks. Splices wires to ensure continuous production. Performs re-reeling and/or barrel packing of finished product, wraps reels, applies tickets and labels, loads onto skids. Complete paperwork as needed.
