Job Description

Overview / Scheduled Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:45 PM Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs. All candidates must pass a drug test. We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Line Supplier to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines during the second shift, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting assembly and packaging processes, managing supply inventory, and adhering to strict regulatory standards such as FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on delivering top-quality products. Duties Assist in the assembly and packaging of products according to specified procedures and quality standards. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ensuring optimal performance. Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance. Manage inventory supplies, including restocking materials and ensuring proper storage within the warehouse. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the warehouse and production areas. Follow all FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines to ensure compliance during manufacturing processes. Support the setup and calibration of machinery, including PLC programming adjustments when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with safety protocols. Assist in packaging operations, ensuring products are correctly labeled and sealed for shipment. Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production schedules efficiently. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools for assembly and maintenance tasks. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in manufacturing automation. Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing practices. Experience with packaging processes, including labeling, sealing, and quality checks. Warehouse experience with forklift operation for material handling. Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and assembly techniques. Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
