Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laser Machine Operator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, laser cutting systems, and working with fabrication drawings and production software. Experience with AutoCAD or Fusion 360 is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Operate and maintain laser cutting machinery safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Set up materials and adjust machine settings for precision cutting Perform quality checks on finished products Assist with programming and nesting when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines Qualifications Experience operating CNC laser or plasma cutting equipment Familiarity with AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar CAD/CAM software Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills CNC programming experience Knowledge of metal fabrication processes Forklift experience is a plus Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time steady work Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Apply Today We are looking for dependable individuals ready to start immediately.
