Responsibilities Perform fabrication, assembly, and material picking tasks on the manufacturing floor according to job requirements. Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete production activities. Follow routing instructions and information on production travelers to ensure accurate and timely completion of jobs. Meet planned production hour estimates and timelines for assigned work. Coordinate activities related to jobs released to the manufacturing floor, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion. Take on lead responsibilities for specific jobs when assigned, providing direction and guidance to other team members. Monitor work quality and ensure that assembled and fabricated components meet required standards. Maintain good housekeeping standards in the work area, keeping the manufacturing floor clean and organized. Practice safe work habits at all times and ensure others in the manufacturing center follow safety procedures. Operate production machinery and equipment, including saws and other machines, in accordance with established procedures. Handle aluminum extrusions and other materials as needed for production tasks. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize work and resolve production issues as they arise. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA 19020. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
