is seeking great people for its Manufacturing Division located in Erie, PA. The Plastek Group is a multi-national custom plastics injection molder of consumer packaging for large companies such Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Church & Dwight and many others. Molding Machine Operators Duties include inspecting, sorting, and packaging products with automation or manually according to work specifications. Working with multiple plastics presses at one time. Requires the ability to keep a clean work environment, multitask, and communicate effectively with others. Assembly Machine Operators Duties include running assembly or labeler machines to work specifications while exercising quality control and making any necessary adjustments to maintain product and production specifications. Requires the ability to effectively communicate with others, maintain a clean work environment, and a strong attention to detail. We are currently looking for 3rd shift workers. Quality Inspector Duties include auditing for visual and dimensional quality assessments for acceptability. Knowledge of quality assurance procedures. Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards. Understanding and explaining what is acceptable or rejectable. Supporting manufacturing personnel in their process. Specification sheet reading. Ability to handle multiple tasks and see through until completion. Pay starts at $15 Shift differential of $0.50/hr. for 2nd shift and $1/hr. for 3rd shift.
