OPERATOR OPENINGS - 2ND

Shift (3p-11p) & 3RD Shift (11p-7a). Initial on-the-job training will occur on 1ST SHIFT (7a-3p) for the first several weeks. Hours are scheduled Monday through Friday with opportunities for weekend overtime. Haysite Reinforced Plastics is a leading manufacturer in the thermoset industry, located in Erie, PA. We specialize in the production of high-quality thermoset materials for various applications. As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking experienced manufacturing employees to join our off-shift teams in the role of Operator. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, working closely with process engineers and production personnel to ensure customer satisfaction through quality product, and efficient operations. Haysite is hiring across multiple classifications with starting wages ranging from $19.74 - $20.91 / hour.

General Summary:

Accurately interpret and follow instructions to ensure proper handling of raw materials and successful operation of hydraulic presses or pultrusion machines for the forming, curing, and finishing of company products to various specifications. Actively manage a continual production process to maintain a steady workflow and regular monitoring of product quality. Operation of accompanying equipment and machines to assist in the movement of required materials or finished product. Completion of required reporting and other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements of Knowledge, Skill & Ability:

Ability to lift 35 - 75 lbs. Ability to push/pull up to 75 lbs. Basic reading. Basic shop math. Micrometer knowledge. Ruler knowledge.
