Position Summary:

As a Machine Operator, you'll be hands-on with the latest equipment, keep materials moving, and help us meet the demand for some of the most well-known titles in publishing. Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery and equipment Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues to keep everything running smoothly Accurately measure materials using a ruler or other manual tools - precision matters! Load materials, monitor machine performance, and keep adhesive and supplies at proper levels Stage, transfer, and store components safely and efficiently throughout the plant Read and follow print job instructions to make sure every product meets customer standards Record production data accurately and label pallets with skid tickets Handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically active tasks safely Stay committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork every step of the way

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded Ready to work 12-hour shifts (day or night, weekends as needed) Excited to learn new skills and grow in a manufacturing career Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods Able to read a ruler and take precise measurements
