You will be responsible for ensuring that all output meets rigorous quality standards while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational safety. Responsibilities Configure and calibrate extrusion lines, including dies and tooling, to ensure optimal production performance. Execute machine operations to manufacture diverse product lines while adhering to exact technical specifications. Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers and dial calipers to verify product quality and consistency. Manage the fabrication of belts and o-rings using both automated systems and manual techniques, including butt welding. Maintain accurate production logs and inventory data within shop floor control software. Operate industrial forklifts to transport materials and finished goods safely throughout the facility. Uphold workplace organization and efficiency standards by participating in regular 6S audits and housekeeping tasks. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a machine operation or industrial manufacturing role. Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to interpret technical prints and follow standardized work instructions. Preferred Skills Active forklift certification or recent experience in heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with ISO quality standards and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) protocols. Experience with secondary fabrication processes or belt welding.
