Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery, including CNC machines, stamping presses, and press brake machines, to produce high-quality components and finished products. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, precision measurement instruments, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming tools to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Operate stamping presses, flexo presses, and other fabrication equipment with precision to meet production targets. Read blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication. Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality control inspections. Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes like welding, tooling setup, stamping presses, and press brake operations. Experience with factory environments involving materials handling, packaging, assembly lines, and warehouse operations.
