Job Type Full-time | Entry-Level Shift 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 2-2-3 rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 off, 3 on) Job Overview Aerotek is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to support production by packaging plastic components as they come off the machine. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to get started in manufacturing—no prior experience required. Responsibilities Package plastic parts as they come off molding machines Inspect parts for quality and consistency Trim excess material if needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and production guidelines Meet daily production goals Qualifications Ability to stand on your feet for 12-hour shifts Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and work ethic Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Work Environment Manufacturing / production floor environment Exposure to heat and machinery Fast-paced, team-oriented setting Benefits (if applicable - customize as needed) Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Weekly pay Opportunity for long-term employment and growth
