You accept feedback and apply it What You'll Be Doing Stacking kiln-dried hardwood using safe, efficient techniques Straightening lumber on conveyors for grading, trimming, and sorting Watching quality and correcting issues before they become problems Keeping your area clean, organized, and inspection-ready Learning equipment operation with the goal of training others Performing basic preventative maintenance Completing occasional climbing or crawling during housekeeping tasks Safety Is a Leadership Responsibility We expect leaders at every level to protect themselves and their coworkers.

Required PPE includes:
