Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bottle Stamping Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-precision stamping presses used to produce quality bottles and containers. Your expertise will ensure efficient production, adherence to safety standards, and consistent product quality. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor bottle stamping presses to ensure optimal performance and quality output Conduct routine inspections of stamped bottles using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances Perform quality inspections throughout the production process, identifying and addressing defects or inconsistencies promptly Maintain proper materials handling procedures, including loading raw materials into presses and managing finished products for packaging or further processing Troubleshoot mechanical issues with press brake machines, CNC machinery, or other fabrication tools, escalating problems when necessary Follow lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve workflow efficiency Document production data accurately, including cycle times, defect rates, and maintenance logs Qualifications Proven experience operating plastics blow molding, plastics extrusion, or plastics injection molding machinery is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in CNC lathe operations, CNC programming, and press brake machines Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers effectively Strong understanding of materials handling processes within a manufacturing environment Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine automation control is a plus Knowledge of quality inspection standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting purposes Warehouse experience or familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is advantageous Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts preferred Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Bottle Stamping Press Operator and be part of a vibrant manufacturing community dedicated to producing high-quality products through innovation and craftsmanship. Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
