In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of products in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality output, streamline packaging processes, and support overall production goals. This position offers an engaging environment where your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and commitment to quality will make a tangible impact on our operations. Duties Operate packaging machinery and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to facilitate seamless packaging processes Assemble and package products according to specified procedures, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments Follow FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety protocols to maintain compliance during packaging operations Conduct routine inspections of packaged products for defects or inconsistencies before release Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packaging area, adhering to warehouse and manufacturing standards Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials as needed for packaging workflows Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging environments is preferred, especially within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or food production Familiarity with packaging processes, assembly techniques, and warehouse operations is advantageous Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure quality control throughout the packaging process Join our team where your skills in manufacturing, assembly, mechanical work, and warehouse experience will contribute directly to our success.
