Job Description

Exciting opportunity to get on a great team in the Biotechnology industry as a Packaging Technician ! This role plays a pivotal role in the packaging of in-vitro diagnostic kits that help healthcare professionals all over the world diagnose illnesses and diseases. •
NOTE:
• This role is fully on site in Malvern, PA. The schedule is 6am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and package products according to company standards and specifications Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes Practices Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while performing duties. Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of packaged products Adhere to FDA regulations and guidelines for packaging and labeling Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred Knowledge of packaging equipment, hand tools, and forklift operation Familiarity with logic controllers and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging processes Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
