$21.25/hr (Up to $32.25/hr with overtime and weekend pay) Join Our Industry-Leading Manufacturing Team! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator with experience in electronics manufacturing and injection molding operations. In this key role, you will set up, change over, and operate state-of-the-art automated and semi-automated equipment to produce high-quality electronic components and molded parts. Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and change over electronic assembly and injection molding machines Monitor molding and assembly equipment for efficient, continuous operation Troubleshoot basic mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime Read and interpret assembly prints, wiring diagrams, and production documents specific to electronics and molded parts Use precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to meet strict quality standards for both electronic and molded products Support production goals with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing or plastics injection molding preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills in both electronic assembly and molding processes Ability to read English work instructions, schematics, and use basic math Comfortable with computers, production software, and manufacturing tools Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Stand or sit for extended periods (4+ hours) Why Join Us?
