General Help 2nd and 3rd Shift

General Help Pay Rate:

General Help Associates start as entry level at an hourly rate of $20.50 After an initial onboarding period, the Entry Level Associates immediately begin a state-of-the-art training and certification program to allow potential rapid advancement to higher position and increased wages.

Hourly Full-Time (3pm-11pm - Monday-Friday) or (11pm-7am - Sunday-Thursday)

The Job You Will Perform:

Reading factory orders Counting and stacking finished product Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions Learning various processes for operating converting and corrugating machines. This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
