Job Summary:
Join our production team at Intervala , where precision, quality, and innovation drive everything we do. We're seeking a Machine Operator to perform key assembly operations and operate specialized equipment that supports our electronics manufacturing processes. This is an opportunity to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and people.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assigned assembly tasks under the direction of the Production Supervisor. Operate a range of equipment such as conformal coating systems, singulation machines, and begin training on wave solder machinery. Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using a variety of hand tools and hardware. Identify and address defects in accordance with
IPC-A-610
standards (all classes). Maintain a high standard of quality while working independently with minimal supervision. Follow all company policies and expectations outlined in the General Requirements for Team Members.
What You Bring:
Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using basic tools and testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Comfortable handling small, intricate parts and performing repetitive tasks. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and documentation. Problem-solving skills to handle tasks involving multiple variables and minimal standardization.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
