What You'll Do Operate manufacturing equipment such as conformal coating and singulation machines (with training on wave solder, selective solder machines) Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using various tools and hardware Inspect work and identify defects using

standards Follow work instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined with the ability to use tools and basic testing devices Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components Basic math and measurement skills Ability to read and follow instructions accurately Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of manufacturing or related experience preferred
