Description Slitter Machine Operator Location:

Mount Pleasant, PA

Schedule:

5:45 AM - 6:00 PM, or 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM, on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule What You'll Be Doing Set up and operate slitting machines according to the machine operator manual under supervisor guidance Carry and supply raw materials to machines Remove finished product from machines and prepare for the next process Follow all machine operating and safety procedures Operators will be cross-trained on multiple machines Assist with productivity improvements and cost reduction initiatives (Total Productive Maintenance activities) Investigate and help identify causes of production issues or target delays Help train other machine operators when needed Maintain strong communication and teamwork with supervisors and coworkers Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation Ability to lift and move materials as needed Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic Willingness to be cross-trained on multiple machines Benefits once hired permanently include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance TeleHealth Services Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 9 Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus Plan $500 Hiring Bonus once brought on permanently $50 Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus
