Party Rental & Event Delivery and Set Up Crew

Party Rental and Event Set up K&J Party Rentals - Nazareth, PA 18064 Full-time, Part-time, Temporary K&J Party Rentals is a locally owned rental company. We are a growing, energetic, and ambitious company looking for someone who values a family owned business, team work, outstanding customer service, and has strong drive and determination. We are hiring several warehouse workers and event rental delivery crew members to work at our location in Nazareth PA for our upcoming busy season. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to add to our fast-paced work environment and growing team. Experience with tenting and party equipment is a plus but not required. This position is seasonal (approximately May - October), with potential for long term employment. The average schedule is between 8am-5pm, but there are sometimes we will be out later on a job. Open availability is required for weekends and evenings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in the warehouse as needed - cleaning equipment, maintenance, etc. Load and unload equipment to and from job sites throughout the day Set up and takedown of equipment and/or large items at job sites including but not limited to tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, bounce houses, games, and other rental items Maintain company's high standard of rental equipment Assist driver in maintaining all paperwork following company procedures Accurately count all equipment at loading and unloading; keep proper records Offer excellent customer service in all aspects of job

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License. Must be able to lift 75 pounds without physical limitation Able to communicate effectively by speaking and reading English; bilingual a plus Must be able to follow procedures and instruction (written and verbal) with consistency and accuracy Nature of the

Work:

Get involved and assist with tent installation and party rental delivery and set up. The work is typically very physical and demanding, both from strength requirements and the stamina required. Must be flexible as last minute schedule changes do happen.

Working Conditions:

Employees may stand for long periods of time. The work will be split between general warehouse conditions, in which some work areas may not be heated or air conditioned, and conditions outside which vary from day to day. This job requires constant interaction with co-workers and with the public, and requires good customer service skills. This position requires frequent lifting and a significant degree of walking, bending, and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions.
