1st and 2nd shift opportunities available Weekend availability may be required Full job description Greater Philadelphia (Northeast / Lower Bucks County - 19053 area) Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Weekend Opportunities Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Philadelphia, is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will support daily production operations in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment , ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards and company procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Ability to read, write, and speak English 1+ years of Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing preferred Experience working in a cGMP / FDA-regulated environment strongly preferred Ability to read and follow SOPs, batch records, and work instructions Basic documentation and computer skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Good communication and teamwork skills Key Responsibilities Operate and clean pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment per SOPs Perform production, setup, changeover, and packaging activities Follow cGMP, FDA, safety, and quality procedures Complete batch records and production documentation accurately Report equipment issues, deviations, or quality concerns promptly Support troubleshooting, QA, maintenance, and audits Work Schedule 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available Weekend availability may be required Additional Information Full-time, on-site position Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship No C2C |
