In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations. Your energy and precision will ensure that our products are prepared for shipment, maintaining the integrity and presentation that our customers expect. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced production environment where your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills make a real impact. Responsibilities Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs or adjustments on packaging equipment as needed. Prepare products for shipment by labeling, sealing, and inspecting packages to meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area, ensuring compliance with warehouse safety procedures. Assist with inventory management by tracking packaging supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials or finished goods within the facility. Requirements Proven experience in packaging within a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred. Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools for assembly or minor repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with hands-on experience in assembly processes. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
