The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Machine Setup:
Prepare machines for operation by adjusting settings, loading materials, and ensuring proper configuration.
Operation Monitoring:
Operate machinery according to specifications, monitor performance, and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime, escalating complex problems to maintenance or supervisors when necessary.
Quality Control:
Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet company standards.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety hazards.
Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Documentation:
Record production data, including output levels, machine issues, and downtime, as required by company policies.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Pay:
