Job Description
Our Company, located on Neville Island, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Equipment Technician. In this role, you will operate a variety of machines and equipment to process and reclaim petroleum-based products. Key Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain centrifuges, vacuum dehydrators, pumps, heaters, and blending equipment. Utilize testing equipment to verify oil cleanliness and ensure compliance with product specifications and formulas. Maintain accurate production records, inventory tracking, and customer requirement logs. Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, clean storage containers, and adhere to all company safety policies. Load, unload, and repackage products using forklifts and other material handling equipment; safely maneuver up to 450 lbs. with equipment. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial setting required. Experience with petroleum or lubricant products is a plus. Basic understanding of machine operation, routine maintenance, and hydraulic fluid power. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical & Environmental Demands Must be able to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, and performing heavy physical labor for extended periods. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, loud noises, and temperature extremes. Must be able to read, write, and speak and hear English, and operate handheld mobile devices.
