Seeking experienced Machine Operator in the Souderton, PA area for a

FULL TIME

job opportunity. The role involves coordinating activities to effectively lay out work, setting up machines or equipment to meet or exceed fabrication and customer requirements per design specifications and published schedules. You will also be responsible for reading, analyzing, interpreting, and comprehending all forms of written and/or verbal instructions, including basic correspondence and blueprints. Additionally, troubleshooting machine problems, performing preventative maintenance, and efficiently utilizing resources to minimize scrap, materials, and labor are key components of this position. Responsibilities Coordinate all activities required for effective work layout and machine setup. Meet or exceed fabrication and customer requirements per design specifications. Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and written/verbal instructions. Troubleshoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance. Efficiently utilize resources to minimize scrap, materials, and labor. Essential Skills Proficiency in saw operation, drill press, bandsaw, and fabrication machine setup. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with sheet metal fabrication, shear, punch press, and press brake. Skilled in machine operation using micrometers, tape measures, and calipers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
