Thomasville, PA First Shift Opportunity Pay:

$19-$21 based on experience Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for our 1st shift team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of machine operating experience. This position involves entering jobs into a computerized machine, maintaining logs, monitoring operations, and ensuring the conveyors are functioning smoothly. Training will be provided by an experienced operator. Responsibilities Enter job details into a computerized machine and maintain a daily log. Monitor machine operations and ensure conveyors are running efficiently. Collaborate with a team of 4-5 laborers to maintain product movement. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lock out tag out and chain link replacements. Assist with setting dies in the machine using a forklift and crane. Clean and scrape dies at the end of shifts, with 1-2 die changes weekly. Essential Skills 1-2 years of machine operating experience. Basic computer and technology skills. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift operation experience is a plus. Why Work Here? Safety gear such as hard hats and safety glasses will be provided. Expect variations in temperature, staying warm in winter and hot during summer, with large overhang doors open but protected from the elements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thomasville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
