Machine Operator (Heavy)

Responsibilities Sort, fold, separate and count received items Inspect received items for damage or irregularities Operate light industrial machinery and adjust machine settings according to the type and volume of items being processed Load and unload items from machines, ensuring proper operation and handling of materials Sort and classify items according to the production process Organize and package products to be delivered to customers Maintain accurate records of items processed and prepare them for return to customers Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent Ability to operate light machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift items up to 50 lbs, and standing/walking for duration of shift Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Benefits/Compensation Full Time Pay Rate is $14.25 per hour 3rd Shift 10pm-6am Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts Temp-To-Hire Benefits after Probation period Location Titusville, PA About Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.
