2nd (3pm-11:30pm) Clemens Food Group is seeking skilled and safety-focused Machine Operators to support efficient, high-quality production operations. This position is responsible for the safe operation, setup, maintenance, and performance of production machinery while meeting product quality, yield, and safety standards. What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in daily production by operating and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production runs.

Key responsibilities include:

Safely operating production machinery in accordance with company and safety standards Following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintaining required certifications Performing routine machine maintenance, including equipment setup, blade changes, cleaning, and teardown Monitoring product specifications and making machine adjustments to maximize product quality and yield Troubleshooting equipment issues using mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Completing accurate daily production documentation, including net weight sheets, label verification, product run times, and man-hour tracking Reading, comprehending, and entering production data in English Directing workflow within assigned areas and working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Machine Operator Roles May Include (but are not limited to): Scrapple and Souse Operators Bacon Press Operators Batchers and Blenders Cozzini Operators Frankomatic Operators Bacon Slicing Machine Operators Injector Operators Packaging Coordinators Knife Sharpeners Loin Stuffers Smoked Meats Packaging Operators Semi-Automated Stuffer Operators What We're Looking For Ability to read and write in English Strong communication skills Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity Why Clemens Food Group At Clemens Food Group, Machine Operators are essential to our success.
