Training:
Must be able to train on an alternate shift for the first 6-8 weeks.
Location:
Must be willing to travel to both Cavetown & Waynesboro. Role Overview Join a process production team where you will operate and maintain multiple machines simultaneously. Our client offers full on-the-job training-no prior production experience is required, though mechanical aptitude is a plus. You will manage machine adjustments, monitor chemical consistency, and perform minor troubleshooting to keep the line running smoothly
Responsibilities:
Monitor and run several production units simultaneously to meet output goals. Identify mechanical issues and use trial and error to resolve malfunctions. Perform repairs and monitor chemical consistency to ensure product quality. Work with intricate materials, specifically the manipulation of fine threads.
Working hours:
6:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Fine Motor Skills:
High manual dexterity for handling thin threads and small machine components.
Analytical Thinking:
The ability to troubleshoot and make constant adjustments based on machine performance.
Learning Agility:
A positive attitude toward mastering new processes through hands-on training.
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Availability:
Must be able to work the assigned shift (1st Shift, 2nd shift or 12-hour 2/2/3 schedule).
Training Commitment:
Ability to work an alternate shift for the initial 6?8 week training period.
Physical Mobility:
Must be able to stand for the entire shift and frequently bend, squat, twist, and lift.
Ergonomic Adaptation:
Comfort working with shorter machinery that requires constant hunching or leaning.
