Screen Printer Helper Job Description Operate and maintain silk screen-printing equipment, heat presses, digital printers, and other shop machinery. Prepare screens, mix inks, and set up jobs according to design specifications. Manage print runs with accuracy, ensuring quality control throughout the process. Assist with general shop tasks including order prep, finishing, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance. Responsibilities Operate silk screen-printing equipment and other machinery. Prepare screens, mix inks, and set up print jobs. Manage and oversee print runs with accuracy. Ensure quality control throughout the printing process. Assist with general shop tasks such as order preparation and finishing. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and conduct routine maintenance. Essential Skills Prior experience in a silk screen printing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Additional Skills & Qualifications Packing, inventory, production, and picking skills. Why Work Here? The environment is not temperature-controlled and requires wearing steel toe boots. Employees follow an assigned break schedule, including two short breaks and a lunch break. The facility operates on a structured schedule to ensure efficiency and productivity. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Chester, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
