Role Overview:
Unpack Your Potential Join Amcor as a Manufacturing Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our production operations across Press, Extrusion, or Converting . In this hands-on position, you'll assist operators, prepare materials, monitor equipment, and help ensure our products meet safety and quality standards. You'll be part of a collaborative, team-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Schedule Options:
12-hour 2-2-3 Nights (6:00 p.m.•6:00 a.m.) or (7:00 p.m.•7:00 a.m.)
Compensation & Benefits:

Job Description:
Possibility Unpacked What you'll do: Assist operators with set-up, operation, and monitoring of press, extrusion, or converting equipment Prepare, load, and stage raw materials, rolls, inks, cartons, and supplies needed for continuous production Transport materials using hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment Remove finished rolls, pallets, or waste and stage for the next step in the process Inspect materials and running product for defects and report quality issues Perform roll changes, ink changes, and material changeovers as directed Record production data, weights, and complete required documentation Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP, AIB, and food safety standards Assist with housekeeping, waste handling, and recycling activities Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts Follow all safety, PPE, lockout/tagout, and company policies Assist other team members and departments as needed
