Packaging Technician

What you´ll do The Packaging Technician is assigned to a packaging line to work as part of a three or four-person team. Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications Ensure that all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards to deliver high-quality products Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed. Willing to work weekend overtime shifts. Participate in HPS activities.

Identifying and managing defective products. Record Management Accurately maintaining daily production records for performance analysis. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
