Machine Operator -
York, PA Pay:
$20 - $24/hr Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join our team across the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, working with state-of-the-art machinery to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. You will receive extensive training to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in your role. Perform a wide variety of packaging operations, including primary and secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization activities. Conduct in-process sampling, inspection, and testing as directed to verify product quality and compliance. Execute assigned responsibilities according to documented procedures such as Quality Procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, Batch Records, protocols, planned deviations, and training lessons. Seek guidance from Technical Operators and/or Supervisors when encountering uncertainties, unusual conditions, or unexpected occurrences during production. Follow work orders, numbers, and written instructions to ensure correct setup, operation, and completion of production runs. Use basic measuring tools, such as tape measures, to verify dimensions and specifications during production. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent General mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machine operation and material handling tasks. Ability to read and interpret work orders, follow numbers, and understand basic written instructions. Basic production and machine operation skills, including operating equipment safely and consistently. Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures to verify dimensions and specifications. Comfort with completing detailed process-related paperwork and operational documentation accurately. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
