Comply with all safety regulations and conduct activities in a safe, efficient manner. Perform manual or automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products. Act as the primary performer of in-process and AQL inspections. Conduct computer-related tasks for job sign-ins, in-process actions, and data entry. Participate in the start-up and closure of packaging jobs. Clean packaging rooms and machinery according to SOPs and GMP. Accept or reject in-process clinical supplies and drug products. Perform counts of components and drug products. Essential Skills Proficiency in assembly, GMP, labeling, cleanroom practices, and packaging. Ability to perform quality inspections. Strong hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail. Mathematical skills for counting, adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages. Ability to interpret 2D diagrams and batch paperwork. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Capability to meet physical requirements such as standing continuously, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, and reaching. Proficiency in reading, comprehending, and executing English work documents including SOPs and safety procedures. Personal Protective Equipment Certification (PPE) required. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role requires working in a cleanroom environment with gowning requirements. Be prepared to work in primary, secondary, refrigerated (2 to 8° C), and freezer (-20° C) environments, with up to 80% of the day potentially in a freezer. Additional pay is provided for working in refrigerated and freezer environments. Personal protective equipment such as filtering face masks, PAPR, N-95 masks, and safety glasses is necessary to perform this position. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $28.57/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
